Watercrafting Certification
Watercrafters certification introduces participants to the foundations of water stewardship that considers water as the primary element to life on this planet.

Learn how watercrafting can be applied to stewardship, restoration, wellness, business, community development, lifestyle and tools for living. As a certified watercrafter you will be able to teach about the importance of watersheds. You will provide the public with a means to understand where their water comes from by guiding them on a pilgrimage to the source of their water. You will understand the process of hydrology and will be aware of the most current scientific evidence as to how water is changing in ecosystems and the wider planet. You will understand how put into place various water conservation methods whether they are for home, business, communities, gardens and agriculture. You will understand how to restore watersheds and the importance of placing natural habitat and other species ahead of human needs so that biodiversity can be strengthened and flourish.

As a watercrafter will be part of a community of wildcrafters who seek to be stewards of the natural world. You will learn aspects of ancient wisdom that provides an agape approach to understanding water’s healing energies.

Water is the conduit for ancestral memory. Water is multidimensional. These courses provide knowledge and tools so that watercrafting can be applied to stewardship and restoration, wellness, activism, work, business, community development, lifestyle, tools for living and sustainability.

Watercrafters seek to….
  • Understand the secrets of water.
  • Protect it and apply stewardship to all species.
  • Using agape and wild dynamic ethics connect with water’s healing energy.

What we do…
  • Expand the understanding and importance of water in natural places.
  • Restore wild water habitat.
  • Create conservation efforts.
  • Hydrology and ecosystem planning and research that considers the long view and shadow biodiversity.
  • Pool ancient wisdom about water, i.e.: dowsing, ceremony, pilgrimage.
  • Advocate for protection of wild waters.
  • Develop and promote water conservation, devices and methods.
  • Steward watersheds, water systems, aquifers and bioregions.
  • Create and tell the story of water.

Using Wild Dynamics watercrafters consider the needs of nature ahead of human needs when it comes to lifestyle, community planning and agriculture. It emphasizes that wildcrafting provides the tools that can transform a culture of resource extraction into one of local and planetary stewardship.

Certified wildcrafters will find employment, and compliment their careers in the culinary arts, education, community planning, agriculture, forest management, medicine, the healing arts and science.
This is a 20 hour certification course that takes place over two units.

1. Watercrafters One: The first unit begins on the morning of Day 1 and ends in the afternoon of Day 2. This unit includes: Watercrafting in Spirit and Watercrafting in Science and Systems. Cost - $260

2. Watercrafters Two: This second unit begins on the morning of Day 1 and ends in the afternoon of Day 2. This unit includes: Watercrafting at Home and Farm and Watercrafting in Community. Cost - $260

Become a Master Wildcrafter
Wildcraft Forest School is the first educational center to offer a Wildcrafting Bioregional Studies Certificate(WBSC) and a Wildcraft Practitioners Diploma (WPD) for Master Wildcrafters. The school operates within a co-mentorship structure and connects students with ancient Shamanic teachings. The Wildcrafting Bioregional Studies Certificate is intended to strengthen Permaculture Design Courses and offers students an opportunity to learn and practice stewardship, restoration and harvesting in remote wildland areas.
