At the Wildcraft Forest School we offer skills, insights and inspiration for creating good stewardship and positive change in the world. We engage our participants in transformative education that includes wild dynamics, personal empowerment, responsibility and co-mentorship. Our courses integrate experiential learning and ancient wisdom within the context of wildcrafting.
The Wildcraft Forest School issues a series of certifications linked to wildcrafting, Yasei Shinrin Yoku, the ancient arts and regenerative stewardship. We offer seasonal camps, workshops, seminars, fieldtrips and distance learning, which provide an inspirational and creative environment for students ranging from children to adults and from beginners to professionals.

Herbal blends have been used to provide the essence of prayer and intention for thousands of years. This weekend workshop will guide participants in making their own alter bowl which will then be used to burn sacred herbs that they have gathered from the forest. We will be delving into the elements of prayer and how smudging with various herbs can help us navigate through obstacles so that we may be able to clear our intentions. This weekend workshop will present the different herbal blends and tools that can connect with different forms of prayer and ceremony and will also outline the history of how smoke was seen as a valuable element for both healing and connecting with ancestral energy.
The weekend includes night time sharing circles and various aspects of energy work that includes Earth, Air, Fire and Water. This workshop and tour are presented on weekends all summer long at the Wildcraft Forest.
