At the Wildcraft Forest School we offer skills, insights and inspiration for creating good stewardship and positive change in the world. We engage our participants in transformative education that includes wild dynamics, personal empowerment, responsibility and co-mentorship. Our courses integrate experiential learning and ancient wisdom within the context of wildcrafting.
The Wildcraft Forest School issues a series of certifications linked to wildcrafting, Yasei Shinrin Yoku, the ancient arts and regenerative stewardship. We offer seasonal camps, workshops, seminars, fieldtrips and distance learning, which provide an inspirational and creative environment for students ranging from children to adults and from beginners to professionals.
“Rewild” is the distance-learning program offered by the Wildcraft Forest School. We offer online courses, seminars and outdoor challenges and restoration programs which provide an inspirational and creative environment for students ranging from children to adults and from beginners to professionals.
The Wildcraft Forest School was founded to carry forward certain teachings that began eons ago during the time when Shamans and Firekeepers guided tribal communities within the landscapes of Indo-Europe and Eurasia. At risk of persecution, the teachings have been secretly handed down directly from generation to generation since the late 12th century and each time, respecting the secret wisdom found within wild mysticism.
With the Earth being placed at risk it became necessary to find, educate and initiate new keepers of this wisdom. In every Wildcraft Forest School course new keepers have emerged and in order to further support this effort we have made public our Mystery School that will share the “lesser mysteries” in this realm we call wild mysticism.
If you feel compelled to join us for a Mystery School Weekend please guide yourself to register. Mystery School Weekend are held throughout the year and there are only twelve seats available per event. Weekends run from January to November. Please register in advance.
“Definition of “wild mysticism”: the experience of mystical union or direct communion with nature; the belief that direct knowledge of a spiritual truth, Great Spirit or ultimate reality can be attained through subjective experience (such as intuition or insight) with nature.”
