The Wildcraft Forest School has applied its unique approach to nature-based wellness and combined it with Ayurvedic practices in order to provide a clinical approach to Yasei Shinrin Yoku. Our Yasei Shinrin Yoku Forest Biotics program allows participants to become certified in delivering a wellness coaching practice. Training is available through a 3-day camp at the Wildcraft Forest School and includes a series of online introductory lessons.
This program is ideal for Yasei Guides and Practitioners who would like to diversify their offerings. As a Yasei Forest Biotics Health Coach you can assist clients as they navigate various health issues. Coaches expand the Yasei Outdoor Program to include health, fitness and energy treatments and supplements. Course lessons offer learning experiences with nature’s nutrients, which include phytoncides as well as forest-based medicines, topical oils and essences, ancient remedies and aromas. This series also leads participants into an advanced understanding of energy work, plant spirit medicines and species relationships that support regenerative wellness and stewardship.
A Yasei Forest Biotics Health Coach can also guide different kinds of breath and bodywork stimulations which can all compliment treatments. Through the Forest Biotics Virtual Clinic coaches deliver various aspects of nature-based energy work both online and in-person. This program is also ideal for healthcare professionals and food specialists. The series includes wild plant characteristics and properties within a number of wild ecosystems and places them into an Ayurvedic approach to healing that considers mind, body and soul intervention.
Upon registration students are supplied with online introductory lessons which outline the Yasei Shinrin Yoku Forest Biotic Program within the context of Yasei stewardship and nature-based relationships. The online lessons serve as orientation as students progress to in-person lessons.
